All of our products are handmade in small batches to ensure the highest quality product we can make.  However, if you are unhappy with any of our products, please let us know as soon as possible so we can better understand how we can meet your expectations. While we cannot offer an exchange, even for unopened items, we may offer a refund or a replacement item at our discretion.

Once your payment is received we endeavour to dispatch goods within 5 working days either by Courier or Australia Post depending on the contents of the order, weight and destination of the goods.

You must provide a delivery address where the goods can be received safely. We cannot be held responsible for goods that are to be left in a non-secure place.

At all times we aim for prompt delivery and dispatch, however delivery times are indicative only as they depend on third parties beyond our control. We cannot be held liable for any failure to meet delivery times after dispatch.

In the event that your goods are damaged in transit or have manufacturing faults please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the problem. 

On contacting us we will require photographs be sent to us of the broken items so we can follow-up with the insurance and courier company. 

We will also work with you to determine if a replacement or refund would be more appropriate on a case by case basis. Either option will be at our final discretion.
