We produce our preserves using quality ingredients and a combination of homegrown and locally sourced produce. We thicken everything naturally with fresh fruit and vegetables. No preservatives, colours, additives or artificial flavours are used in our products.

Voodoo Mountain preserves is a fully licensed business, complying with all local Council & QLD Health food licensing requirements. All of our cooking is done using a Fantastic commercial kitchen located in the Beautiful Boyne Valley.

Here at Voodoo Mountain, we have tried to preserve the old fashion traditional recipes as well as add a bit of creativity with some unique recipes.
From a ploughman’s lunch, a cheese platter, a fresh roll or wrap, a bacon and egg brekky, a hot curry, whatever the occasion we have a Chutney or Relish to suit.
BBQ & Tomato Sauces
Nothing quite compares to a homemade Tomato or BBQ Sauce. They really highlight the difference in flavour compared to the commercial varieties full of artificial, colour, additives and rehydrated vegetables. At Voodoo Mountain our products are all natural, no hidden nasties here.
These sauces are gluten free, preservative free, dairy free and vegan friendly.
Worcestershire Sauces
Over the years, if I had an excess of anything, Dragonfruit, Pumpkin, Mango, you name it, I used it as my Worcestershire base. I quickly discovered the fruit bases I was using gave my Worcestershire Sauces a thick, fruity, sweet flavour that was simply Amazing compared to the commercial variety’s.
Not only are our Worcestershire sauces absolutely divine, they have always been one of our most popular sauces. They also boast a unique fruity recipe you will not see anywhere else.
Please note our Worcestershire Sauce range is currently our only product that is NOT Gluten free.
