Information for online orders
Thank you for visiting Voodoo Mountain Preserves, we value our customer and work hard to ensure you are very happy with your purchases.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation. Although we try to maintain accurate information on our website, if for some reason the item is out of stock, we will contact and advise you accordingly.
The pricing that appears on our website is in Australian Dollars and is for shipping within Australia. Unfortunately overseas orders are not possible at this time.
SHIPPING POLICY
Once your payment is received we endeavour to dispatch goods within 5 working days by Australia Post.

You must provide a delivery address where the goods can be received safely. We cannot be held responsible for goods that are to be left in a non-secure place.

At all times we aim for prompt delivery and dispatch, however delivery times are indicative only as they depend on third parties beyond our control. We cannot be held liable for any failure to meet delivery times after dispatch.
DAMAGED GOODS
In the event that your goods are damaged in transit or have manufacturing faults please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the problem. On contacting us we will require photographs be sent to us of the broken items so we can follow-up. We will also work with you to determine if a replacement or refund would be more appropriate on a case by case basis. Either option will be at our final discretion.
RETURNS
All of our products are handmade in small batches to ensure the highest quality product we can make. However, if you are unhappy with any of our products, please let us know as soon as possible so we can better understand how we can meet your expectations. While we cannot offer an exchange, even for unopened items, we may offer a refund or a replacement item at our discretion.
